SiloLink is a local Node daemon that exposes an MCP server on http://localhost:3579/mcp, so a Claude Code session running in tmux on a remote machine can register, poll for messages, and reply into a DSiloed conversation you drive from the web UI, Slack, Discord, Teams, or SMS.
