Windsurf Wave 13 (the “Shipmas Edition,” released December 24, 2025) introduced three production-ready capabilities that reshaped the AI IDE landscape: the SWE-1.5 model free for all users, true parallel agents running in isolated Git worktrees, and a dedicated Cascade terminal with interactive zsh support.
